CROWD favorite Choco Mucho is set to make a splash in the 2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference with veteran spikers Sisi Rondina and Eya Laure leading the charge against a formidable Akari side on Saturday at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.

The game is set at 6:30 p.m.

Rondina is ready to make her return, marking her first appearance in the league after skipping the 2025 All-Filipino and Reinforced Conferences. The beach volleyball star recently made history by claiming the country’s first gold medal in the sport at the SEA Games in Thailand.

On the other hand, Laure is making her debut with Choco Mucho after a tumultuous period. The talented player was instrumental in Alas Pilipinas’ historic silver medal run at the 2026 AVC Women’s Volleyball Cup.

And her wait finally ends as she suits up for the Flying Titans, her new team in the league, after over a year of inaction.

Rondina and Laure are the new power duo boosting Choco Mucho Flying Titans, who struggled to a ninth-place finish in the Reinforced Conference due to a depleted roster.

Head coach Dante Alinsunurin is thrilled with the revamped squad, banking on the newcomers to turn the team’s fortunes around.

“First of all, I’m happy and, of course, excited about the result of us acquiring Eya and, naturally, Sisi’s return. We know that those two will be a huge help to us in the upcoming conference,” he told the media.

“Right now, we are very satisfied with every position we have. On the opposite, we have three or four players. We have five or six outside hitters available, and even our middle and setter positions are set.”

The Flying Titans finished fourth in the 2024-2025 All-Filipino Conference after bowing to Akari in the battle-for-third clash.

The Akari Chargers will rely on the lethal trio of Grethcel Soltones, Eli Soyud, and Ivy Lacsina.
Alas Pilipinas players Fifi Sharma and libero Justine Jazareno also aim to fortify the squad.

Playing under head coach Tina Salak, Akari aims to start its conference strong after a bronze finish in the 2025 Reinforced Conference.

Meanwhile, Cignal will face the new-look Galeries at 4 p.m.
