Tom Aspinall linked up with Eddie Hall as the former World’s Strongest Man continued his preparations for the Tommy Fury fight, and their meeting was shared on DAZN Boxing’s YouTube channel.

Hall is set to fight Fury on June 13 at Manchester’s AO Arena, headlining a DAZN Pay-Per-View event.

Aspinall then appeared at his training session in a supporting role, rather than fully taking part, as the UFC heavyweight champion is still recovering from eye surgery and has not been cleared to spar yet.

Still, the conversation produced one wild fantasy matchup.

When questioned by Hall about who would be his dream opponent, Aspinall did not take long to answer: “I would like to fight Brock Lesnar, you know. I think that would be f—— cool, wouldn’t it?”

He also explained: ”Just because like, I grew up watching him when he was in WWE. We’re talking about like a bit freaky fights, you know what I mean? I think that’s one that I’d like.”

Lesnar also returned to WWE last month on Monday Night Raw, attacking Oba Femi in Greensboro and hitting four F-5s after teasing retirement following WrestleMania 42.

That comeback only added timing to Aspinall’s remark. Lesnar is not a realistic UFC title challenger now, but his name still carries the spectacle the Briton was describing.

However, for Aspinall, the immediate priority remains health. Until he is cleared for proper contact, dream fights can wait, even one shaped by childhood WWE memories.

Beyond that, at 33 years old, the UFC heavyweight champion is likely to stay at the top of the game for a few years more, before considering blockbuster crossover bouts.
