- Far-right activist Tommy Robinson has been warned he could face jail after being found guilty of harassing two Daily Mail journalists and causing them to fear violence.
- Jurors took more than 11 hours to reach a majority verdict on both charges against the 43-year-old, whose full name is Stephen Lennon.
- A judge said he would consider “all options” with the offence carrying a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
- The court heard Robinson “retaliated” after the newspaper reported on him “stoking riots from his sunbed” in Cyprus, hiring private investigators to track down journalists' home addresses, with one journalist moving house while another was assigned a close protection officer after family photos were posted online.
- Robinson, who thanked Elon Musk for funding his legal fees, was granted bail ahead of his sentencing on 16 December.
