MANILA, Philippines—A fire broke out in a residential area in Tondo, Manila late Wednesday and was quickly raised to the third alarm.
According to the Manila Public Information Office, the fire was first reported at 7:43 pm and was immediately raised to the first alarm five minutes later. It reached the second alarm by 7:58 pm and escalated to the third alarm by 8:05 pm.
Authorities have responded to the fire scene to extinguish the fire.
