TOP Line Business Development Corp., through retail fuel subsidiary Light Fuels Corp., has completed the renovation and rebranding five fuel retail stations in Negros Oriental.
In a statement on Thursday, the company said the completion marked its first expansion outside Cebu.The five stations are located in Dumaguete City (Lower Camanjac), Sibulan, Dauin, Valencia and San Jose.“Bringing our first Light Fuels cluster outside Cebu to Negros Oriental is an important step in our expansion strategy,” said Brigitte Carmel Lapasaran Lim, Top Line senior vice president and chief operating officer.“With the Negros Island Region posting the third-fastest economic growth in the Philippines at 5.7 percent in 2025, we see continued potential for Light Fuels to grow its presence in the region,” she added.Top Line is projecting that the five stations in Negros Oriental will sell around 600,000 liters of fuel per month, supporting recurring retail fuel revenues in succeeding quarters while creating additional revenue opportunities from commercial leasing.As an added convenience, all stations will also have fully automated motorcycle wash systems that cleans a bike in about three minutes, providing motorists greater convenience.The service stations also feature commercial spaces for lease, further enhancing the range of services and offering available to customers.“This expansion is another step toward building a more accessible and customer-focused Light Fuels network across the Visayas. As we enter new growth areas, our goal is to provide motorists not only with reliable fuel access, but also with convenient services that support their everyday mobility needs,” Lim said.Renovations for stations in Cebu, Leyte and Siquijor are expected to be completed by the end of this year.Top Line shares on Thursday rose P0.04, or 2.22 percent, to close at P1.84 each.
