Tottenham boss Antonio Conte says his players are eager for the season to start.
Conte was reacting to defeat in Israel to Roma.
He said, "It was a tough match but I think it's a good thing, it's a good way to start the season. I understand that if we want to be competitive and win every match we must continue to be strong in every situation.
"We want the season to start. After a month of traveling to Korea and then here in Israel we can't wait to start.
"We have an important game with Southampton on Saturday, we have to prepare well. The improvements will be seen in the new season, we want to start playing to get the three points."
