Tottenham defender Clement Lenglet admits it's been a tough week ahead of tonight's clash with Manchester United.
Spurs go into the game on the back of Sunday's 6-1 thrashing at Newcastle and the sacking of caretaker manager Cristian Stellini.
Lenglet told talkSPORT: "It was a difficult day, the loss against Newcastle, but the way we lost, it will always be a disappointment.
"After the club's announcement regarding Stellini, it has been two or three tough days.
"Now we have to work together in the same direction to challenge Manchester United and get as good a result as possible. After a loss like that against Newcastle you suffer, especially in the dressing room because it is never easy to accept. The way we played is difficult to understand, the supporters travel away to see the game and it was painful for us to experience their frustration."
Ryan Mason has stepped in as manager after Stellini's departure.
"Ryan Mason has a new role now, but at the same time he has been here for a long time so everyone at the club knows what he can do. We need to find a way to win for him and the club, because it is a difficult challenge for him."
