Tottenham summer arrival Micky van de Ven has revealed how manager Ange Postecoglou is bringing positive vibes to the club.
The Australian head coach had a huge task on his hand when he took over at the North London club.
Replacing Antonio Conte and having lost captain Harry Kane, Postecoglou has still managed to start the season positively.
Asked about the head coach, Van de Ven said: He is really clear. He is really straight. We know what he expects from us.
We know what we have to do for him.
He is bringing us together like a family. He is more like a Dad or something. We are like brothers together and we have to do this for each other.
You see this on the pitch and we run for each other, we fight for each other and we do everything for each other. He is building that."
