While he enjoyed a successful spell with Villarreal last season, the LaLiga outfit have ruled out signing him permanently, reports TyC Sports.
Lo Celso isn't in Spurs manager Antonio Conte's plans and his name has been circulated across Europe.
And the latest club to express interest in the Argentina international is Fiorentina.
