Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks is in talks with Sampdoria.
The Daily Mail says Winks is considering a loan move to Sampdoria in Italy.
The 26-year old Tottenham midfielder had initially been reluctant to go abroad, with his preference to stay in the Premier League.
A number of clubs have shown tentative interest but with time running down in the window, Winks is now willing to look at Sampdoria's offer and talks are advancing.
The former England international has fallen down the pecking order at Tottenham and will continue to struggle for regular play time this season following the additions of Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur this calendar year.
