Tottenham midfielder James Maddison admits he faces a long-term absence from the pitch.
Maddison picked up an ankle injury against Chelsea last month.
And he has since conceded: "It's probably the worst injury and longest I have ever had.
"It could even take three months and you know what it means to be injured: every day is difficult, especially here, because the physiotherapy room overlooks exactly the training pitch and you can observe the boys training and preparing for the match."
