Tottenham have moved to help the older brother of new signing Lucas Bergvall.
The teenage Djurgarden midfielder will join Spurs this summer.
Djurgarden sporting director Bosse Andersson visited Tottenham last weekend and revealed Spurs have offered their assistance to Theo Bergvall, a DIF fullback, after questions were raised over his injury report.
"It is true that Tottenham stepped in and offered us specialist help with Theo Bergvall when we asked the question," Andersson told FotbollDirekt.
Djurgarden physio Kalle Barrling added: "It's true that Tottenham opened doors very quickly to a specialist clinic when we asked the question. We were not really satisfied with the opinions we received [initially] and therefore contacted Tottenham who quickly offered help. We called and Tottenham then made sure that we didn't have to wait."
