Tottenham have offered Lucas Moura to Everton.
The Brazil attacker's contract will expire at the end of the season. But Tottenham have opted against renewing his contract, says the Daily Mail.
The 30-year-old is still not fully fit after missing much of the campaign following a calf injury in August.
Moura joined Spurs from Paris Saint-Germain in January 2018.
