Tottenham are set to land Wolfsburg defender Micky van de Ven ahead of Liverpool.
Liverpool have been weighing up a move for the Holland U21 defender.
However, the De Telegraaf says Spurs are launching a 30m bid for Van de Ven.
It's also emerged Van de Ven has agreed personal terms on a five-year contract.
Spurs have spent the past week in talks with Wolfsburg over a price for the stopper.
