
SANDAKAN: For many families statewide affected by the recent floods, preparing their young for school is an extra challenge.
In fact, the flood victims in Kg Pengkalan, Bukit Garam have yet to make any preparations. Seraya Garai (pic), 53, a mother of four school-going children is one of them.
