• Little, a Faithful from the fourth series of the BBC show, fell victim after being tricked into calling a fake helpline.
• He said the fraudsters used “fear tactics” to gain access to his account, leading to the significant financial loss.
• The ex-contestant described feeling “sickened” upon discovering the phone number was linked to phishing scams. “My heart and everything just fell through the floor. By that point, it was too late. They’d emptied everything,” he added.
• Little said he decided to share his experience to help others and prevent them from falling victim to the scam.
