Two blasts reported near Israel embassy in Denmark

COPENHAGEN - After the Iranian missile attack on Israel, there were two explosions near the Israeli embassy in Copenhagen overnight, the police said on Wednesday morning, reported German news agency (DPA).

The police have launched an investigation, including into a possible connection to the embassy.

The building is located, like several other state representations, in Hellerup in the northern part of Greater Copenhagen.

According to the police, no one was injured. Further details about the nature of the explosions and possible damage remained unclear on Wednesday morning.

"We are shocked by the explosions near the embassy earlier today," the Israeli embassy posted on Facebook. It said it has full confidence in the Danish police. - BERNAMA-DPA
