LAHAD DATU: Two cars and part of a garage ceiling were damaged in a fire at a house in Palm Heights here on Thursday night.
The Fire and Rescue Department received the call at 10.39pm and arrived at the scene within three minutes, located about 2km away.
The blaze involved a Toyota Rogue and a Toyota Fortuner, each sustaining around 20 per cent damage, while about 5 per cent of the garage ceiling was also affected.

Ten firefighters from the Lahad Datu station conducted an overhaul to prevent reignition and wrapped up the operation by 11.19pm.
