
Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Health Department reported two heat exhaustion cases, both in Beaufort, between January and March 12, amid the current drought in the state.
In the first case, a man had heat exhaustion while cutting a tree while the second case involved a man playing football.
No heat cramp and heat stroke cases were reported during the period, said the department in a statement.
