Two-time Wimbledon finalist announces birth of her first child

Ons Jabeur has announced on Instagram the birth of her first child.
Jabeur, 31, who made the Wimbledon singles final in 2022 and 2023, made the announcement on Tuesday after giving birth to a baby boy the previous day.
She posted a photo of herself with her husband and their baby son on Instagram alongside the message: “A tiny miracle, a lifetime of love. Welcoming our baby boy, Elyan Kammoun 20/04/2026.”
The Tunisian tennis star is a former world No 2, and she also made the final of the US Open in 2022.
She confirmed that she would “take a step back” from tennis last July, and then revealed she was pregnant four months later.
