Tottenham are refusing to meet Sporting CP's asking price for Bruno Fernandes.
O Jogo says Sporting are prepared to sell the midfielder this week - but only for a flat 70m.
Spurs' latest offer is for 45m up front with a further 15m due in bonuses. The club's chairman Daniel Levy believes Fernandes' true price is 45m.
Levy's offer was made on Saturday and there hasn't been contact between agents since then.
Sporting expect Levy to return to the table should he lose Christian Eriksen to Manchester United in the coming days.
