- The main event will feature lightweight champion Ilia Topuria against interim-title holder Justin Gaethje, while Alex Pereira will face Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight belt in the co-main event.
- A bout between Josh Hokit and Derrick Lewis was added to the card last weekend after Trump, who attended UFC 327, asked why Lewis had not been given a fight at the White House.
