KUALA LUMPUR – The 2026 Umno General Assembly (PAU), which drew to a close on Saturday, might be the last before the 16th General Election (GE16).
This was announced by Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi shortly before concluding his presidential winding-up speech earlier.
"I would like to thank everyone and wish you all a safe journey home.
"God willing, this Umno General Assembly will be the last before the 16th General Election," he said.
