
PAPAR: Umno leaders and members are urged not to engage in negotiations while the party is weakened.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who is also the President of Umno, stated that the primary focus is to strengthen the party internally before considering any collaborations.
"Do not negotiate when we are weak. Instead, we should negotiate when we have strength. Build strength first, then we negotiate.
"This is because our primary focus is to strengthen the party internally.
