BYD Sime Motors has officially launched the updated 2026 BYD Sealion 7 in Malaysia. The electric SUV lineup expands with an all-new entry-level Dynamic variant alongside upgraded Premium and Performance trims featuring larger batteries and faster DC charging.
The flagship D-segment EV retains its sleek design while offering enhanced performance across the range. Higher-spec Premium and Performance variants now house a massive 91.39 kWh Blade Battery with an 800V architecture, boosting DC fast charging speeds up to 230kW (10–80% charge in ~24 minutes) and driving ranges up to 650 km (NEDC). Meanwhile, the flagship Performance variant delivers a thrilling 0–100 km/h sprint in just 4.5 seconds.
