Kota Kinabalu: The old building of the United Sabah Islamic Association (Usia) in Sembulan, here, will be upgraded to become the Usia Dakwah Development Centre, as part of its vision to restore the glory of the organisation.
Newly-elected Usia President Datuk Sapawi Ahmad said the upgraded building would become a landmark and uplift the image of Usia.
