The men’s wheelchair cricket team of Uttar Pradesh defeated Madhya Pradesh by 79 runs to win the Empower Wheelchair Cricket Triangular Series, concluded at the cricket grounds of the Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 26. The triangular series was played between three teams of Chandigarh, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.

In the final, Uttar Pradesh batters posted 168/3 in 10 overs. Amit Bind remained unbeaten at 54 off 22 balls, while Jaydev Yadav posted 48 off just 20 balls. Kabir Singh and Arwinder Singh took one wicket each for the bowling side. In reply, Madhya Pradesh team was restricted to 89/1 in 10 overs. Jaydev Yadav took one wicket for the bowling side and was declared Man of the Match.

Earlier, Madhya Pradesh defeated Chandigarh by nine wickets in a league match to enter the final.
