A NEW smartphone model focused on photography and content creation has entered the Philippine market, with preorders and a social media campaign running in April and May.
The vivo V70 FE is now available for preorder in the Philippines through retail stores and online platforms, with pricing starting at P25,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and P29,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model. Preorder is available in physical stores and online, with promotional pricing going as low as about P22,499 through e-commerce discounts.
The device features a 200-megapixel optical image stabilization (OIS) main camera designed for high-detail photography, including zoom and cropped images. It also includes portrait and AI-assisted imaging features intended to enhance photos under different conditions.
Powering the smartphone is a 7,000mAh battery paired with 90W fast charging, positioned to support extended use for photography, video and everyday applications. The device also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Alongside the product rollout, vivo has introduced the #FunInEveryFlip TikTok campaign, running from April 18 to May 1, encouraging users to create interactive “flip card” wallpapers using multiple images. The feature allows users to combine two or more photos into dynamic lock screen visuals that change with each screen interaction.
The campaign includes participation from content creators and public figures, who demonstrate how the feature can be used for sports highlights, fashion content and lifestyle storytelling. Entries will be judged based on engagement, with one winner receiving a unit of the V70 FE.
The phone also incorporates a collaboration with POP MART’s Zsiga character, adding themed photo borders and design elements aimed at personalization.
Preorder bundles include accessories, discounts and financing options, depending on the sales channel. Offers include vouchers, installment plans and bundled items such as earbuds and prepaid SIM cards with data allocations.
The rollout reflects a broader push by smartphone makers to position midrange devices as tools for content creation, combining imaging capabilities, battery performance and software-driven personalization features.
