Co-owner Vanessa Gold's valuation of West Ham United is higher than board members David Sullivan and Daniel Kretinsky.
Vanessa is now looking to sell part of her stake in the team, inherited from her late father David Gold.
Per The Mail, the parties will now have to find a compromise with respect to the value of her shares.
Sullivan and Kretinsky have declined to buy a portion of the 25 percent stake Gold inherited from her late father.
Kretinsky paid 200 million for 27 percent of West Ham two years ago, but may not want to raise his stake too much further.
Whether this situation has any impact on the club in the short or long-term is unclear.
