VFS Global Opens Türkiye Visa Centre in Bali

JAKARTA - VFS Global opened a Türkiye Visa Application Centre in Bali on June 29, adding another listed location in Indonesia for applicants who need to submit documents in person.

The company said applicants can book appointments to visit the Bali centre from June 29. “Visa applicants can now book appointments to visit our Türkiye Visa Application Centre in Bali starting 29 June 2026,” VFS Global said in its announcement.

The Bali centre is located at Park 23, 3rd floor, #L3-22, 23 and 23A, Jl. Kediri, Tuban, Kuta, Badung Regency. VFS Global lists the centre’s operating hours as Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00.

The new location gives applicants in Bali and nearby areas an alternative to Jakarta for the in-person stage of the Türkiye visa process. VFS Global also operates a Türkiye visa application centre at Kuningan City Mall in Jakarta.

Türkiye moved visa application handling in Indonesia to VFS Global earlier this year. The Turkish Embassy in Jakarta said on January 30 that VFS Global had been authorised to receive Turkish visa applications throughout Indonesia from February 2026.

Appointment bookings for visa document submission moved to the VFS Global website from February 9. The embassy said applicants would submit their documents at a VFS Global centre, where visa fee payment and biometric data collection would also take place.

The service applies to travellers who still need a Türkiye visa because of their travel purpose, length of stay, passport category or nationality. Indonesian ordinary passport holders remain visa-exempt for touristic and transit travel to Türkiye for stays of up to 30 days.

Türkiye’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs says stays granted through a visa or visa exemption cannot exceed 90 days within any 180-day period. It says visas for travel other than tourism or trade, including work or study, must be obtained through Turkish representations abroad.
