Port Dickson, a well-loved beach destination in Malaysia, is famous for its sandy shores, picturesque sunsets, and family-friendly resorts.
However, a recent sighting has sparked concern among beachgoers after a crocodile was allegedly spotted near the shoreline.
Viral video captures mysterious figure in the water
The sighting was captured in a TikTok video shared by user @wanderglambites, which quickly gained traction online.
The 52-second clip shows what appears to be a crocodile subtly visible on the surface of the water.
Though the creature does not make any sudden movements, its presence alone was enough to alarm viewers.
Since being posted, the video has racked up over 400,000 views and attracted more than 200 comments from netizens, with many debating the authenticity of the sighting.
Netizens shared their thoughts
As expected, opinions were split. Some netizens were sceptical, dismissing the sighting as a hoax. One comment simply read, “That looks fake.”
Meanwhile, others insisted the crocodile was real, with one user claiming they were there when the sighting happened. “Yes, it’s true. My family and I were swimming there when it happened…”
Adding a humorous twist to the situation, another netizen joked, “Even the crocodile wants a holiday—let him heal.”
