Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings is expected to complete a permanent move to Aston Villa.
Mings was on loan at Villa Park from Bournemouth last season, helping them to Premier League promotion.
His parent club have agreed the initial fee of 20m, that can rise to 25m.
The defender was snapped up by Bournemouth from Ipswich.
Mings, 26, made 18 appearances on loan at Villa Park last season.
