Romelu Lukaku has upset Manchester United teammates by posting club fitness test results to social media.
The Belgian striker took to Twitter to issue a firm riposte to those who claim he lacks pace, seeming to reveal the results of a United pre-season test that showed him second to only Diogo Dalot (36.43kph) with a max speed of 36.25kph.
Such an action had the unintended consequence of potentially embarrassing Shaw, who appeared to finish last after Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic and Juan Mata at 31.03kph.
The post did not go unnoticed by Shaw, who said: "They only wanted me to go 70% don't let me start speaking on you boy."
Mata also tweeted: "Thanks for finally showing the world that I'm quicker than @LukeShaw23 bro."
Lukaku, who is the subject of transfers talks with Serie A duo Juventus and Inter Milan, has since deleted his initial tweet.
