Kota Kinabalu: Parti Keadilan Ralyat (PKR) Sabah has denied allegation it did not invite Warisan to its recent Himpunan Perdana Rakyat Keadilan Sabah on Aug 4 that was attended by the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Its Information Chief Razeef Rakimin said it was aimed to portray PKR as not respecting other components in the Unity Government.
Razeef, who is also National PKR information deputy chief, said PKR Sabah sent the invitation to Warisan via its secretary-general Datuk Loretto Padua in July and that Loretto responded on July 31 via WhatsApp that it had to decline as they had to attend a retreat.
Razeef was commenting on the claim on social media.
