TAWAU: Parti Warisan can take whatever legal action it wants, said Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (PGRS) Information Chief Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan.
“All quarters are free to do whatever action they want to take, and we leave it to the (legal) process to take place,” he said when asked to comment on Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal’s statement that he would sue 11 former Warisan assemblymen who left the party.
Nizam said the State Government would continue to focus on implementing the planned agendas to ensure that Sabah would be in its rightful position as a developed and prosperous State with a better economy.
