SANDAKAN: Parti Warisan Libaran Division lodged a police report against the President of Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) Datuk Seri Dr. Maximus Ongkili for alleging Warisan to have a Pati-friendly background.
The police report was made at Sandakan district police station here at 10.30am on Thursday and was also attended by Gum-Gum Assemblyman, Arunarnsin Taib and Head of KDMR Warisan Unity Zone Libaran Zone, Sh Bokrata Sh Hassan.
Warisan Libaran demanded that the police conduct an investigation into the slander made by Maximus without considering the former’s position because such slander should not become a political weapon every time the election season is held.
