This bride had envisioned an ethereal fairytale wedding for her special day, until disaster struck just a few hours before the reception.
In video shared on her TikTok account, Zyan Hanani had spent a whopping RM5,000 by hiring a planner to turn her vision into reality. The outcome, however, shattered her heart to pieces.
From the wedding dais to various other decorations, she was horrified upon seeing the planner’s shocking work. Even worse, the latter feigned innocence, and only refunded a quarter of the loss.
She’s planning to sue the planner on accounts of fraud. Despite the ordeal, another wedding planner was able to step up and salvage the day, much to Zyan’s gratitude.
