A man who was allegedly driving dangerously and provocative on the road went viral on social media after he smugly displayed his Police ID when confronted by another driver, perhaps to suggest that he was above the law.
The man acting like a street thug was identified by police soon after, which listed him as an auxiliary police officer stationed at a local bank.
The victim described how the policeman continued tailgating him despite the heavy traffic and proceeded to taunt him by slamming on the brakes while driving in front of him in the video. Furious, the victim urged his son to start recording. The policeman then whipped out his phone as well once he realised he was being recorded.
Moments later, a child sitting next to the policeman can be seen holding a wallet out just enough for the victim to see. It appears that the wallet contained a police ID belonging to the man. The victim urged for the police to take proper action against the man's irresponsible behaviour and his blatant misuse of power.

PDRM has since released a statement confirming that the man is indeed a part of the police force. However, according to the policeman, the victim failed to use his signal prior to changing his lane, which prompted him to display his Police ID in order to reprimand the victim.
