Who says you can't experience the vibrant flavors of a Malaysian pasar malam (night market) while strolling the streets of Melbourne? Thanks to pop-up food stalls and passionate vendors recreating homegrown favourites, that familiar aroma of grilled satay and freshly fried keropok lekor now wafts through Aussie air.
