Based on a viral video, an elderly woman in Kedah was rescued from her home, after flood waters rose to dangerous levels.
In the video, 2 men help the woman get out of her house and to safety. The men noted that she was at first reluctant to leave, but after a while, they managed to convince her.
Despite the urgency, she also insisted to walk on her own with her walking stick, and probably declined their offers to carry her.
She was trapped in her house in Kepala Batas, Kedah, as floodwaters continued to rise.
