We Should All Be Taking Style Notes From Suki Waterhouse

Even if the name doesn’t ring a bell, you might have heard her atmospheric viral hit “Good Looking” often enough to recognise it. Suki Waterhouse is no stranger to the spotlight. Ever since she started modelling as a teenager, the 34-year-old has created a multifaceted portfolio in the entertainment industry—from walking for Burberry and Balenciaga to taking on diverse roles, starring in Love, Rosie and Prime Video’s Daisy Jones & The Six as (ironically) a rock star.

More recently, however, music has been at the forefront of Waterhouse’s life. Her indie-pop sound is a dreamy mosaic of hazy strings and synth-driven tunes blended with soft-rock vocals that carry intimate storytelling. In the midst of the whimsical and romantic world that she has created, the singer’s sartorial choices did not go unnoticed.

Taking centre stage in a nightclub, she delivers breathy vocals against gauzy guitars and understated percussion in a sheer, jeweled dress that is layered with a theatrical feather jacket and silver knee-high boots.
