West Ham United have ACCEPTED a 105m offer from Arsenal for Declan Rice.
Talks are now continuing over the method of payment of the British record fee.
It marks Arsenal's third offer for Rice after bids of 70m and 90m had been rejected by the Hammers. Manchester City had had a 90m offer rejected on Tuesday and yesterday afternoon withdrew from the running.
Rice has a year to run on his Hammers deal and has favoured remaining in London.
There is hope a deal will be finalised on Thursday morning.
