West Ham have accepted a British record 105m offer from Arsenal for their club captain.
The Mirror says the Hammers will splash out to strengthen several key areas in manager David Moyes' XI.
Midfielders Amadou Onana, of Everton, and Juventus' Denis Zakaria are both wanted by West Ham.
Moyes is also prioritising a deal for Manchester United captain Harry Maguire, though his wage demands are an issue.
