West Ham United are battling Al-Hilal for Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri.
En-Nesyri is up for sale at Sevilla as they seek to ease financial concerns.
TMW says Al-Hilal has had an offer of 25m rejected by Sevilla, which remain open to selling.
West Ham are also interested, but will have to go higher than their Saudi rivals.
For his part, En-Nesyri is reluctant to leave Sevilla, where he can count on the confidence of coach Jose Luis Mendilibar.
