Chelsea fullback Emerson Palmieri is undergoing a medical at West Ham United.
Sky Sports says Chelsea have accepted an £18m offer from the Hammers for Emerson.
The Italy left-back is this morning undergoing a medical at West Ham.
Emerson had been encouraged by Chelsea to find himself a new club after spending last season on-loan at Lyon.
He will move to West Ham to compete with Aaron Cresswell for a place at left-back.
