Reportedly, preliminary investigations indicate the attack was unprovoked, the victim had no known enemies, and no official information has been released regarding the suspect's mental health or specific motive.
It was reported that she was set on fire at the premises of a number forecast operator in Taman Pusat Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
An MP reportedly posted a RM5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
This specific act against a vulnerable individual is deeply unsettling.
Totally unprovoked.
When brutal acts like this occur against defenseless citizens, it naturally triggers a collective sense of vulnerability.
Society relies on an unwritten social contract to protect vulnerable groups, including the elderly, women, and children.

Let us, as society show that our moral core remains intact.
Society now, without the thought of collecting the reward from the MP, must, collectively, help and assist in getting whatever information, to help the authorities to identify and track down the culprit responsible for the act.
