Kindan KL

By night, Kindan KL is a high-energy Japanese restaurant and bar known for its creative dishes with bold flavours, but now, the electric spot opens its doors for lunch. The new daytime menu brings Kindan’s precision and style into comforting, wholesome classics like ochazuke and pan-seared chicken teriyaki, complete with specialty mocktails. It’s Kindan KL’s fun spirit, reimagined for the daylight hours.

Now open at the new KLGCC Mall, Coast & Roast, a concept by Fish & Co., blends crowd favourites with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Gaia’s KL

High up on Level 37 of ILHAM Tower, Gaia’s KL brings the fire and soul of Langkasuka cuisine to the city skyline. The food feels familiar but full of character: grilled, grounded yet approachable. Start with the Toro Miang Kham, a local take on the Thai classic—raw tuna dressed in a caramel-galangal sauce and wrapped in betel and shiso leaves for that fresh feeling.

Tai Wong TTDI
