The newly announced Netflix series is based on Harlan Coben’s bestselling Myron Bolitar book series. The novels follow former college basketball star Myron Bolitar, whose dreams of playing in the NBA come to an end after a career-ending injury. He later reinvents himself as a sports agent, only to find himself investigating blackmail, murder and other dangerous crimes while helping his clients.
The book series began with Deal Breaker, published in 1995, and has since grown to 12 novels. The books are among Coben’s most popular works, blending mystery, crime, suspense and humour through the adventures of their titular protagonist.
Is there a release date for the Netflix series?
Netflix has not announced an official release date for the series. The streamer unveiled the cast for the project on 6 July 2026 and is expected to share additional details, including its premiere date, at a later stage.
Who is in the cast of the new Harlan Coben Netflix series?
