KOTA KINABALU: The City Hall (DBKK) invites photography enthusiasts to participate in the Upcycle @ Recology Photography Contest, held from Dec 9, 2024, to Feb 9, to celebrate Kota Kinabalu’s 25th City Anniversary.
With the theme “Whimsical, Wonderful City Life,” the contest highlights the vibrant and harmonious urban life while embracing sustainable practices inspired by the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
AdvertisementWinners stand to win amazing cash prizes, including RM5,000 for first place, RM3,000 for second place, RM1,000 for third place, and RM200 each for 20 consolation prizes.
Esteemed judges like photojournalist Jimmy Goh and Dr Danny Kok, former Chair of the Sabah Arts and Photography Association, lend their expertise to the competition.
