Brighton's winless run under new boss Roberto de Zerbi continued with a frustrating Premier League draw against strugglers Nottingham Forest.
The Italian is the first Brighton manager to fail to win any of his first four league games since Barry Lloyd in 1987.
The results sees Brighton stay seventh after stuttering in recent weeks, picking up just two points from four games since the departure of Graham Potter to Chelsea.
De Zerbi later said: "We played well in a big game. I don't want to speak about the result as if it's unfair or unlucky.
"Today I've enjoyed watching this game, I'm sorry for the result because it's not a win but I can't say anything more.
"I say thank you to Forest because they played a fantastic game.
"I'm now thinking about the improvements I can do. We have to work on the last 20 metres for sure, to decide the best solution in the last 25 metres and to work on creating more solutions in creative space."
